About the role:
The Compliance Coordinator will work to understand client needs and coordinate their required compliance requirements accordingly. You ensure coordination, scheduling and client delivery in a timely, accurate and best-practice manner. In addition, you support our service staff to do what they do best, without having to be ‘hands-on’ managing accounts.
In this role, you will coordinate teams to schedule site appointments, manage client compliance requirements for training and exercise activities, and assist in client onboarding to platforms and account relations. You are versed in emergency preparedness and Australian Standards and apply this knowledge to drafting and completion of emergency management visual products. For example, evacuation diagrams, quality assurance and assistance with the preparation of emergency management and deliverables.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Scheduling site appointments and managing client compliance for training and exercise activities
- Drafting and completing emergency management visual products
- Assisting with project management and account keeping
- Helping onboard clients to digital platforms and upkeeping digital records
- Assisting with quality assurance
- Technical assistance for our IT Services Team
- Helping with the preparation of emergency management deliverables
- Consistent quality of work in line with visual templates and best practices
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent customer service and organisational skills
- Experience in scheduling and making bookings
- Ability to manage diaries and make travel arrangements
- Experience in responding to customer queries and calls
- Ability to (or interest in) write training manuals and presentations
- Good communication and planning skills
- Digital agility
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- A passion for people, training and health and safety
Advantageous attributes:
- Expertise and experience in emergency planning compliance
- Have knowledge of state legislation and AS 3745 2010 and AS 4083 2010 requirements
- Have current Australian COVID-19 vaccinations
