| Scope of work: | 8 year involvement Numerous projects – Thomas Cherry redevelopment – refurbishment of library, children’s centre, physical sciences building Western Agora Project – tenancy fit out The Terraces – refurbishment of three heritage listed, 2 story buildings. Reclassification usage from Class 9 to Class 5, office fit out, new car parking, external lighting and demolition of the security fencing. Energy efficiency upgrade to services and in part fabric of the building. DDA access and facilities installation thoughout. The Glen, Menzies and Chisholm student accommodation facility upgrades and refurbishment. |
