Job Specification

Working with the Digital Team you will:

  • Design, develop and implement business analytics dashboards using Qlik Sense, to effectively leverage key business insights for Hendry and their clients
  • Create an exceptional experience that is intuitive for non-technical business personnel
  • Develop new and tailor dashboard templates to embed in a web-based client facing application
  • Develop data models using existing applications and data sources
  • Drive data integrity and compliance by adopting Hendry data protection policies
  • Identify and drive implement systematic data collection, drive data quality improvements and establish enhanced data management and modelling practices across the business.
  • Establish productive, collaborative working relationships with partners
  • Work seamlessly across the broader business operational personnel, providing leadership on data analytics, business intelligence and data modelling

Skills/ Qualifications 

  • Significant experience (5yrs +) with relevant tertiary qualifications and certifications in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Both programming skills such as Visual Basic, C# \, SQL and Web languages including HTML, CSS and Javascript are well regarded
  • Expert in data analytics, reporting and dashboard creation using enterprise technologies
  • Experienced in data structures, models, algorithms and data warehouses
  • Robust working knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) process and systems.
  • Diverse database understanding including Oracle and SQL in addition to reporting applications such as Crystal Reports is well regarded

  • Independent learner and self-starter with an ability to learn new concepts and reach out for support

This position’s salary is aligned to the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
