SA – Emergency Plan advises that an emergency plan developed and implemented in accordance with Australian Standard AS 3745 – 2010 ‘Planning for emergencies in facilities’ is part of the solution to an employer’s responsibility under the Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Act 1986 and the Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Regulations 2010 legislation to provide a safe workplace.
