ORDER UNDER SECTION 121B OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING AND ASSESSMENT ACT 1979

In accordance with the provisions of Order No. 6 (a) in the Table to Section 121B of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, you, being the owner of the subject premises, are required to do the undermentioned specified thing at the abovementioned premises.

Right of Appeal

Having regard to the provisions of Section 121ZN and 121ZK of the Act, you are advised of your right to appeal to the Land and Environment Court against this Order, within twenty-eight (28) days from the date of service of this Order.

Penalty Provisions

Failure to comply with this Order is an offence under Section 125 of the Act. The maximum penalty for the offence is $110,000. If the Order is not complied with, the Council may give effect to the Order and recover the costs of doing so from you.
