AUST A ten-storey apartment building’s corporation manager approached Hendry to provide the necessary emergency plan and evacuation diagrams under AS 3745-2010 ‘Planning for Emergencies in Facilities’. Corporation managers and unit holders must realise that any building works occurring in the building that offsets the information contained in the evacuation diagrams, or emergency procedures, requires the evacuation diagram to be upgraded and reissued expeditiously.
The client requested the evacuation diagrams to be provided in A4 size and in landscape presentation, an example is shown below:
