About the role

Reporting into the Finance Manager in a team of four, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Full function of Accounts Payable
  • Bank reconciliation and credit card reconciliation
  • Processing bank withdrawals, EFT payment and handling queries in relation to these
  • Assisting with month end procedures
  • Assisting with debt recovery
  • Assisting will billing
  • Assisting with the provision of accurate reports to management
  • Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required

To be a part of this visionary organisation and to be considered for this role, the successful applicant must possess the following skills:

  • At least 3 years’ experience within accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Strong analytical skills and time management skills as well as excellent attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise the daily workload
  • Previous experience in Accpac is preferred
